Thank you for submitting your placement or sponsor change request.
Requests are accepted and reviewed between: Sundays at 00:00 am EST and Tuesdays at 5:00 pm EST.
If your request was submitted outside of the above timeline, it will go into a queue for next week. If it does not meet our guidelines it will be denied immediately.
A couple of things to know…
Your request is submitted and there is no need to contact support. This will not decrease the processing time.
Your request will be processed on Tuesday after the deadline and you will receive an email by 8:00 am EST, Wednesday morning. This email will include approval or denial as well as the cost of any changes that are approved.
You will have until Wednesday at midnight Eastern time to respond to that email. Failure to respond will result in the request being denied.
All approved and accepted changes will take place on Thursday. Once the change is made, you will be notified by email.
You will have until Saturday at 11 am EST to place the people before the next auto-placement.
Once auto-placement has occurred we will not be able to do any further requests for those people.
